Directions:

1. Connect the mask hook on each end into the mask strap on each side of your face mask. 
2. Put the face mask lanyard over your head and let it rest on your shoulders with the mask resting on your chest.
3. Push in on the adjustment clip button and pull the lanyard through until the perfect length is achieved.
4. Simply put the mask on like you normally would and slid the face mask clips down under below the ear so they are out of the way
